Another Mother Damnable Returns

The Art of Frenzy: Public Madness in the Visual Culture of Europe, 1500-1850 By Jane Kromm

contains an anonymous English print (1676) of the virago Mother Damnable.

The book is very expensive but I'd love to see the print.

So thats:

Mother Mary Ann Conklin Damnable, found by the wonderful http://rocrebelgranny.blogspot.com/

Mother Damnable and Mother Red Cap at the World's End Camden

Mother Virago Damnable ( Though kind words ever sooth the savage breast and if that fails I feel a cup of tea generously laced with Brandy would do the trick!)

And my own good self

Mother Sharon Alden Gifford Damnable

So be careful when you call, you never know which damned woman may turn up!
